Understanding GSM
- 120-150 GSM: Very thin, transparent, budget fast-fashion territory
- 160-180 GSM: Standard mass-market T-shirt weight - acceptable but unremarkable
- 200-220 GSM: Mid-weight, good for casual wear
- 240 GSM+: Premium heavyweight - structured drape, superior durability, exceptional print quality

At 240 GSM, the fabric is heavy enough to hold its shape even when oversized - the drop-shoulder silhouette drapes cleanly rather than collapsing. It also creates the perfect surface for DTF printing: thick, tightly woven cotton holds ink at a molecular level, resulting in prints that last hundreds of wash cycles.
